Good for Joel. But this illustrates a perfect example of the problem with the ACON (Joel’s employer) Pride in Sport trans inclusion policy. The policies adopted by 7 national sporting bodies state Joel gets to compete in women’s sport if that is what they choose.
Clearly it would not be appropriate for Joel to compete in contact sports with women.
How about Star Observer does a bit more than print press releases and puff pieces?
