It seems based on the idea that a “lesbian marriage” is somehow a legally different construct to another marriage (two guys, a straight couple etc) and that men will now be able to register themselves as a married lesbian couple.

All of that is total bullshit. The rest of their case collapses accordingly. It’s clutching-at-straws desperation.

Marriage will be between two people. It won’t affect who can sign up to a lesbian-only organisation.
