If you look at the current NSW Anti-discrimination Act 1977, you will explicitly clearly see that private schools, religious schools and religious organisations have huge broad exemptions – so that they can legally discriminate gay students and teachers! Heck even the Sanitarium Weet Bix Factory can legally discriminate against gay employees too on the Central Coast of NSW. He will lose his case very soon no doubt, the silly billy.

Fantastic reporting! This clown obviously doesn’t have a case, he’s presumably convinced himself that if he loses he can go to the High Court to argue religious freedom there. Maybe he’s after a million bucks in GoFundMe donations?
