As has been the case, and where most of the cases are prosecuted under by VicPol, there are the reckless conduct offences like reckless conduct endangering person, reckless conduct intentionally causing injury or death, ect.

Victoria needs to move onto adoption reform, equal opportunity laws reform (by getting rid of every single religious exemption) and finally interstate/international relationship recognition of same-sex unions/marriages! These were all the VIC Labor Government election promises – and they must deliver and implement all these over the next 3 years!

HIV is a public health issue and not a criminal justice issue, hopefully it reduces the stigma associated with people living with HIV. Makes me proud of my home state!
