Yes, there is a certain amount of discreet cruising going on but there has never been any indication that anyone has actually been having sex in the locker-room. People do hook up but they leave together. Maybe it is that the gym is very busy with people coming in and out all the time so the opportunity to actually have sex with someone is virtually impossible 24/7.
