According to the , special forces veteran and Australian Values leader, Heston Russell, reportedly hit a man at a Sydney party on January 2.

Russell became a household name when just over a month ago, news outlets reported he聽 for a veterans mental health charity, via OnlyFans.

He is at the centre of a police investigation after being accused of threatening and assaulting the other man.

The gay adult content creator and former soldier has denied hitting the man at the party.

‘I Didn鈥檛 Hit Anyone. I Didn鈥檛 Threaten Anyone’

The Sydney Morning Herald confirms, 鈥淜ings Cross police have taken statements from the alleged victim and two witnesses and are canvassing CCTV footage from the site, located in the pool area of an inner-city apartment building.鈥�

Russell told SMH when contacted about the incident, 鈥渢hat鈥檚 an outrageous lie. I didn鈥檛 hit anyone. I didn鈥檛 threaten anyone鈥� why have you got a problem with me? Write whatever you want, I look forward to reading what you make up.鈥�

He also reportedly wrote in a text message that he 鈥渓ooks forward鈥� to speaking with the police because he knows the accusations are 鈥渘ot true.鈥�

The incident occurred when Russell allegedly made 鈥渦nwanted advances鈥� towards the victim.

鈥淗e was told it wasn鈥檛 cool and was asked to leave the guy alone as his boyfriend was there watching it all and getting very upset,鈥� a witness told SMH. 鈥淗eston responded that he 鈥榟ad no idea鈥� and became very angry, very quickly.鈥�

Victim Said He Was Left ‘Seeing Stars.’

The alleged victim has requested not to be named and is 鈥渇earful of repercussions.鈥� He said he was 鈥渟hocked by the threat鈥� and told Russell to 鈥渓eave him alone.鈥�

Russell reacted by reportedly striking the left-hand side of the man鈥檚 face. The victim said he was left 鈥渟eeing stars.鈥�

Several eyewitnesses have stated Russell did strike the victim after the 鈥渦nwelcome approach.鈥�

Earlier, according to SMH, Russell was seen kissing other men on a harbour cruise during the day and again 鈥渢hroughout the course of the evening.鈥�

He was reportedly overheard saying he would 鈥渢hrow [them] over the balcony鈥� of the three-storey apartment.

Russell is supposed to have been escorted from the party soon after allegedly hitting the man who was left 鈥渧isibly shaken and upset鈥� and who also soon left the party.

On Twitter, Russell slammed the SMH鈥檚 report. The former platoon commander criticised mainstream media via his social media accounts following the . It involved accusations against him of lying to the charity about the donations.
