Happens every time there’s a change in government in Australia too. I fear we’re at risk of overblowing a lot of the Trump V2’s initial actions as outrageous, when they’re actually what usually happens. Like reviewing unallocated or uncommitted spending approved by the previous government. Happens here by unwritten convention, but in the US by Presidential Executive Order. We should save our outrage for the real horrors that may come once he’s fully operational.
