Monash University students, staff and alumni have shared their experiences of homophobia and coming out for the It Gets Better Australia online video project.
The five-minute video features over a dozen people who share some harrowing stories including suicide but it finishes off with the positive message, 鈥榠t gets better鈥�.
More than 8,500 people have watched the video since it was posted last Saturday, August 18.
