I don’t care if someone in Palestine does want to throw me off a building, or if, magically, there is not a single queer person in the country.” – it is unfortunate that you were not able to write that you ‘do care about the queer person who might be/or was thrown off a building in Palestine’ – it is possible to mount an argument that incorporates the complexity of the issues.
