And fast becoming American operated. In our own country. We need to take a leaf out of the Jewish communities book: support each other. I’ve head the arguments “just because we’re gay doesn’t mean we are all one happy family” or “just because we’re gay doesn’t mean we should support each other”. But that’s bullshit. We should be and always should be supporting other queer people regardless of anything else. Because that’s the real target of the queer baiters and queer haters: division, divide and then watch them fall. And it will NEVER be any different. So forget fatigue. We will always need to defend ourselves and each other. So bring back the bravery, people and always defend our queer brothers and sisters. Because none of us know when we are going to need their solidarity.
